Roxanne Jones State Farm is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and sales-driven Multiline Representative who enjoys helping customers while growing a successful career in the insurance industry. Licensing Requirement (Job Contingent)
This position is contingent upon obtaining required insurance licenses.
• Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start (full agency support provided)
• Life & Health license must be obtained within 60 days of your start date

Position Overview
As a Multiline Representative, you will help drive agency growth by building customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, and supporting customer retention efforts. You will work with both prospective and existing customers to identify insurance needs, recommend personalized solutions, and deliver a strong customer experience.
This role combines sales production with light service responsibilities, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys both helping customers and achieving goals.
Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through referrals, outbound outreach, lead follow-up, and relationship development
Conduct consultative conversations to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products
Build and maintain strong customer relationships that support retention and referrals
Assist customers with account questions, billing concerns, policy updates, and other service-related needs
Provide timely follow-up and maintain accurate customer documentation within agency systems
Support office growth initiatives and collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals
Participate in community outreach and marketing activities as needed
Maintain compliance with agency procedures and insurance regulations
Qualifications
Sales-oriented mindset with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused personality
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence leading sales conversations while maintaining a strong service experience
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Prior sales, customer service, insurance, or business-related experience preferred
Ability to meet licensing requirements outlined above
